This Privacy Policy describes how SLICE and STACK ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect gameplay information including scores, levels completed, tower heights, blade usage, material progress, precision ratings, combo multipliers, and play frequency. This data is stored locally on your device and may be synced to cloud services for backup and leaderboard purposes.
Our third-party partners (described below) may collect device identifiers, device type, operating system version, and general device information to serve ads and report crashes.
We collect anonymized usage events such as game starts, game overs, level completions, blade selections, material interactions, screen views, and purchase events to improve the App experience.
We collect crash logs, exception traces, and error messages to identify and fix bugs.
When you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not directly collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We store purchase status locally (e.g., whether ads have been removed) to unlock purchased features.
The App offers the following optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. You can restore non-consumable purchases at any time from the Settings screen. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads (shown periodically between games), and optional rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before displaying personalized ads, in compliance with GDPR.
You may purchase the "Ad-Free Pass" option to eliminate banner and interstitial ads from the App.
If you sign in to Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple's Game Center service. Your Game Center display name may be visible to other players on leaderboards. Game Center data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you sign in to Google Play Games, your scores are submitted to Google's Play Games service. Your Google Play Games display name may be visible to other players on leaderboards. Play Games data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Your game progress (player level, scores, blade unlocks, material progress, and tower records) may be backed up via Android Auto Backup to your Google account. This backup is encrypted and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Your game progress is synced via iCloud Key-Value Store to enable seamless play across your Apple devices. This data is encrypted and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
You can disable cloud sync through your device's system settings (iCloud or Google account backup settings).
